And you should never ban someone for asking a question, who the hell do you think you are Unown, you deleted my laser beam combiner post several times the other day just to get me to message you, so you could ban me again.
I have all the screen shots where you cursed me, get off your high horse and accept your short comings, work on it buddy !

If you act like a child you deserve to be treated like one. Im taking none of your "advice" because it's valueless. You're a huge hypocrite and you talk to much.

On a serious note. I feel like now would be a good time to start plans on how to redirect it to reduce the odds further. Obviously things have to be well calculated and considered. But time is running out and this would be a good practice one for when we get a really serious situation

And for someone so against arguments you won't shut up, why don't you shut up ! Hypocrite !

Your mouth is open Unown but your ears are closed, makes it dam hard for you to learn anything like that.

I gave you the opportunity to take the high road, you can't live by your own rules, you just keep going in anger and even flat out say that you refuse to listen, how many good people have you banned, you have no business what so ever being a moderator NONE !
 
You have been banned from LPF how many times under how many names Unown, VisibleGreen, you have been been banned from the laser discord where so many members have gone, I saw you get banned for attempting to be a tyrant there, you have no business being a moderator and your inability to be quiet and not prove it is evident.
 
Big asteroid headed for Earth, people too wrapped up in daily nonsense to pay attention.... well I won't spoil it, it was better than I thought it would be, worth a watch, cute ending too.

I'll share for others if they want to see it.


We have a few tools in our arsenal to help redirect a space rock now. The issue is human based problems. All actions require a lengthy investigation overseen and often funded by government. Government also need to approve the funding and decide the urgency of any planning so that someone can act. We are not good at the moment of seeing the urgency of fore-planning with events that are half a lifetime away or more. Despite the fact that acting that early can be crucial.
With some of the best methods we have, they need time and planning. Radiation pressure is a highly effective way of altering a space rocks path. But this isn't a short term method. Directing intense light on one side of the rock can cause the rocks orbit to shift. Altering the absorption/reflect characteristics on one side of the rock can even be useful, if the sun is able to exert enough pressure. Both methods together could serve well.

A lot of talk regarding using nuclear arsenal to deflect or break up space rocks has been pondered. This is a highly risky move.

The DART missions however show true potential of using physical low-risk impact to lure a rock out of its trajectory.
If we could improve on this and produce space tugs then this could work.
 
Oh I was thinking of the post ending scene, there was an escape ship for the elites...... check this out.
