Yea, I'd much rather buy from DX also. KD says still "collecting from supplier" or something like that...so no ship for me yet either. If you are in the USA there is more of a chance your laser will get confiscated by customs if you use EMS. From what I've read most sites recommend regular air mail shipping for high powered lasers to USA. I've received 5 so far from HK/China using standard air mail and no problems.
