    WTB nubm05t diode

In other words.. "Power on several of them and log this data for me forever rendering their honest to Shiva condition from "New" to "Used." Even further reducing their value as "One of the Two Blocks of Nichia NUBM05T That Two Members of These LPF Forum Ordered From Me But Later Changed Their...

    WTB nubm05t diode

That actually makes sense.. impress em' with the prototypes and learn how much headroom you've got with what you put in to it.. and then dial it back to lower costs, increase profits, and still maintain a solid bench figure of 3.5W with plenty of headroom and longevity to keep the customers...

    WTB nubm05t diode

RedCowguy - I have noticed that the NUBM05 peak power handling is noticeably less than the NUBM05T. I believe there are even data sheets available which show this - I don't recall if the aforementioned data sheets were found poking around the intraweb or if my supplier provided them to me. But...

    NUBM08E the new 9-10 watter

So these came and went very quickly, unfortunately these were outside of LPF sales so the list I have up is still active.. Most of the data sheets that I see up for the NUBM08 seem to ALL have different ratings.. I know there is a difference between the NUBM08 and NUBM08E - my supplier(s)...

    Wtf is this???

It was never exposed to any liquids and other copper heat sinks and modules I've had on the same carpet within inches do not have the same growth/deposit. I have also lazed this crud on a pair of needle nose pliers that I had and it began to cover a larger and larger area the more I tried to...

    Wtf is this???

I have more images which I will post eventually. I am trying to capture a nice clear image of what I am seeing that isn't easy to pick up on camera when a laser is being used. These things aren't stationary, they move.

    Wtf is this???

It was quite new when I had placed it at the base of my helping hands.. I had been noticing these "objects" quite often.. more and more at the time.. I felt as if the more I build and used lasers the more I saw.. I thought I was going nuts.. You can't see anything with the naked eye and normal...

WTF is this?? I saw something on my Cu module.. burnt it with a 7W and 2W laser for like.. 30 minutes.. next morning I went to pick it up to move it and I saw this on the bottom.. o.O

    Rick Trent 520nm 1W-1.4W

That's a very good point, I never thought of that.. it's because I never do it, haha.. I just had a customer mention that he had done it and loved the results, but he doesn't tweak his lasers quite as much as we do. My favorite method is a single internal (larger diameter - you may have noticed...

I think we're still the only ones on the list.. I haven't checked if anyone else has posted on that thread, but we haven't been getting much traction on it yet.. VirtueViolater - The block is $890 shipped, that works out to $111.25/ea. I'm going to take a look at the NUBM08E thread before...

    Rick Trent 520nm 1W-1.4W

That's how I always do it - the interior + exterior spring c-c-c-combo breaker.. You could also double up the inside spring or wrap the lens barrel with some teflon.. (Found this just now, care of Blord from our forum, I'm sure he won't mind my use of his image for educational purposes..)...

VirtueViolater and Rich, The ID of those Sky Twangs is 22mm FYI - Those are 100% factory direct, I just didn't order many with Logos because I was trying to brand them as my own at one point, before I got stuck on these custom copper 510 builds I've been doing.. all over 6W and some over 7W...

10 Watt Blue 445nm Handheld Laser.

Just take a pic and video of it being tested on an LPM, file a dispute, and get your money back. Easy way to get free lasers. I know most business owners cringe at the sound of that.. disputes.. chargebacks.. yuck, I know, I'm a SBO myself.. but at least here in the states we don't worry much...

    NUBM08E the new 9-10 watter

The temp change comes in rather slowly, however, if it were to be too fast for your liking you could just dial it back manually at your own pace (via the 15A mini TEC controller)
