Maybe? I haven't looked at that code in ten years. Definitely should have made the output images bigger. Will look at the fractions issue.
I recall I took care to make sure that (as long as you used a red beam) the output label would be compliant with relevant FDA requirements, which I think...
Here's a fresh link since it apparently recently died; I'll update the main links.

I'll post it over in the main Peregrine thread as well, but here's the last release snapshot I've got. atomicrox made a derivative version with some improvements (yay for open source!), but I'm not sure where that is.

It's on...
...interesting. Sorry to completely miss this, I've been in the field for work and rarely get on LPF.
If you're in the US and don't mind shipping it I can have a look. This sounds like the result of tinkering with the Arduino IDE. I think I have some hardware diagnostic code you can upload to...
Regardless of the power, lasers aren't great pet toys. Especially the case for dogs, but true for cats as well. Because they're unable to actually "catch" the dot and satisfy the prey instinct that makes them chase it, the laser becomes a source of stress. We used to play with our dog with a low...
I forget what pconfig was... will need to look at that if I get a chance.
Back when I wrote this, Processing didn't like window resizing. If that's different now, that'd be awesome!

This won't happen. Avery doesn't like doing anything with addons or code changes to the forum software, citing security reasons.
...not to be a downer, but yeah.

Now that I've got a full time job and have finished my grad degree, I need a spare time project... probably will pick up LPM things again. If anyone has tried to get this code to work recently, you might have run into some issues.
This SDK assumes a LaserBee I, so it's based on a PIC16F628A...
I prettymuch hate all of them equally. Christmas music shouldn't be played until the 20th, maybe.
If anyone has any leads on where to enlist in the War on Christmas, I'd love to. Need to try to take back the last week of November. It used to be a few glorious days of early Winter... crisp and...
Best advice in the thread IMO... emphasis mine. I have a few thoughts, that I'll add below.
From the reddit thread, it sounds like there are four things you're taking into account in your decision: getting a solid degree, getting away from your parents, the possibility of having a pet, and your...
I can think of only a few examples where a banned member returned and didn't get into trouble (and subsequently banned) again.
The system as it stands is fine... so I voted no.

Do yourself a favor and Google "reciprocity failure," then get used to dealing with that when shooting in the kind of light you generally photograph lasers in.
When doing long exposures on film, I dial in exposure on a digital body then account for reciprocity failure and set my film exposure...
Yep! All of my prior chasing has been done with Virginia as home base - but I moved out to Boulder this summer to take a job in severe weather research. Will be in the field working every year as long as I work here.
...since this is a photo thread, here's a rare catch from North Carolina this...
Here's another supercell from this year. 22 May in Leoti, KS. One brief tornado, but most importantly it had really excellent "stacked pancake" sort of structure. :D
