It certainly does not.
If you are looking for a cheap but decent laser pointer, I've bought one some time ago that surprised me although it has no IR filter.
a forum colleage's review (+measurements)...
Let me just add something...
Judging by the videos and reviews I think this laser should be worth a review.
If I could I'd buy it.

Hehe, I was just kidding. Awesome 445nm of yours, I was very impressed with the video. Presently I'm not very much into lasers (financially), I have other priorities but as soon as I get the money I think I'll try...
Besides the lack of safety warnings (It's already been discussed here) what really annoys me is the way you talk about lasers.
When you mentioned your laser during the video we are talking about, it sounded to me like:

For what I've read, I'd say o-like lasers are mostly up-to-spec if not overspec. They have a nice QC, they can measure the power before shipping to you and their Customer Service is really good.

You should be asking this in my review thread, but if there's no problem I'll answer.
It was advertised as 50mW. Take a look at my review (check out my signature) and you can see lots of info,
As I said, I already have the host. Lens, diode, aixz module and driver are all small so there shouldn't be much difference between the shipping price for one or all of them (and they are impossible to find locally. The main problem is the heatsink. It's also small but a little bit heavier. I...
The rayfoss that Antoniio linked seems to be the best not-DIY option for you.
But you can always ask a member to build it for you and see if you can get a good price.
