Does the whole thing need to be cutting board or just the top piece? The base of my coil will sit on top of this and the hv wires will go around to the the base and connect to the rsg so the top should be completely away from any hv except where it exits the box. I'll have to get some of that...

Alternating blue lights would indicate it's searching for a radio. All lights flashing should indicate you are low on cell voltage and need to land before the cutoff.

Man I wish I could build something like that. I would love the ability to have a backup light like that for in the woods. I also want a rear facing and forward facing light bar with two smaller side facing ones. But that's a bunch of money lol.
