Update: here are some pics i took this morning. the blue one is the one im considering selling (with a possible paint job, but its not that bad) this is a non-pressurized vesicles, meaning the LN2 is not pressurised.

Well seeing that the 50mW are so much more powerfully it wouldn't supprise me if the 30 was actually 50. You could unscrew the module and insert an IR filter if your worried about it, but from the reports I've been given they're fairly low IR output.
