Hi thanks for your reply. The desiccant wouldn't work if you mean to put it inside the lenses. The space inside the optics is less then a mm. Maybe i misunderstood something

The aluminum tailcap ring. I grinded it, filed it to size and polished it up. I pressed this in the tailcap slightly and sealed it off. The tailcap push rubber fits tight inside the hole whereas it would seal. No water can go trough this. It looks awesome.

hi, thanks for your reply. The 6.1v output was without load. It is a constant current driver. Do you think the voltage will rise when a 520nm diode load has been detected? It is not fixed voltage tough. This driver can handle power without load so i decided to test voltage without load. Anyway...
