understood, I've only had it for a day or two now and those where my first hands on opinions about shipping and the light. I'm still working on adding more to the OP but I work really early in the morning so during the week I don't stay up late enough to get out and get some real testing done.
benmwv I'm not saying it's simple. I know lots of time and research and money goes into building drivers, I'm more or less wondering if anyone was working on something or to possible see if others are interested so maybe a driver guru knows there might be a demand for it.
So like the title says, why isn't this a common driver yet? I mean for the most part if you want 2.2A you have to use a rectangular driver and I've got some 9mm lasers I want to build that a round driver would just make much more easier and as heatsinking the IC and such would also be easier...
ok i'm going to have to look into the Regulation? is there a way for me to test that? as for Voltage Input: 3~8.4V. was that what your where looking for?
Re: WTB: 100-200mw 532nm Module or Laser
I would pm Pman like I said he might have a couple laying around and he would be a bit fast on shipping time then fasttech.
Re: WTB: 100-200mw 532nm Module or Laser
 I would but that's the freak module of all freak module's that I know about!
but I've had a lot of the fasttech modules and they are extremely visible. Pman might even have one or two laying around that he can guarantee the output with his...
Re: WTB: 100-200mw 532nm Module or Laser
very good! one of the better module's I've came across so far. Pman also had the 5mW fasttech modules have been doing 80mW+
Re: WTB: 100-200mw 532nm Module or Laser
I bought one of these (SD-100 200mW Green Laser Module w/spring- Golden) and it metered at 200mW+. but unfortunately there currently sold out.

Ok so today I got my Aurabuy WF-500 (UltraFire Cree R5 5 Mode 1500LM White LED Flashlight Torch - Black (2 x 18650) - Free Shipping). Pretty inexpensive 3 Q5 LED light. Well first it came well packaged, it was in an padded water resistant envelope and then 2 layers of bubble wrap a box and...
To be honest pushing these diodes hard isn't a big deal! I could blow it tomorrow and just buy another, there like the cheapest diode out there! I've currently got over $1000 in diodes alone so $10 isn't going to bug me much.
