I actually did think about that! Its seems like a really cool idea and once I get this laser up and running I might consider getting a custom "thingy" made to slip over the three heads to combine the beams :)

Wow that's a great price for a soldering iron! I wish I had seen that when I was just starting to solder... Now I have been soldering for a couple years and have a nice soldering iron, but for $15 thats a steal!

I'm going to have the Red Diode 300mW and the Green Module 200mW... but how strong do you guys think I should make the Nichia 1W Blue diode, because I don't want it to kill my battery or drain out the other color lasers...
