buck up and by a g series or even a 3 element. thats my suggestion. there is no real good way to remove those rings.

my m140 gives an ALMOST square beam even unfocussed with the 3 element. my theory is that the three element clips the rectangular beam, thus the loss of power, and gives the nice square. with the G9 it is very rectangular though, fairly nasty beam specs but up close it BURNS so well

Get an MS-Envy. They have fantastic heat dissapation and you should be able to achieve a 60 Second duty cycle. just search the forums for MS-Envy or contact sinner.

He is right, there is no way of collminating these unless you somehow merge the beams then collminate them. i have no idea if such a lens exists.
