    JLasers - PLPT9 450MD_E 12W Diode

Yes it would surpass the NUBM0G which comfortably sits around 8W overdriven.

Binning list for Osram PLPT9 450MD_E

    JLasers - PLPT9 450MD_E 12W Diode

To make this clear for future reference this diode specifically is PLPT9 450MD_E (E9633) is a example bin as these 450MD_E will be sold from different bins. Such as PLPT9 450MD_E (B64B70) this one is less powerful but the wavelength is closer to 470nm

    JLasers - GH04C07W9GH 11.6W Monster Diode

Winner winner thanks for testing 😎

    Is it an Octa-beam? Or a Quad-dual-beam?

Dual emitters, quad laser diodes very nice

    OSRAM PLPT9 450MD_E E9633 440nm 445nm 7W High Power Blue 9.0mm Laser Diode

Not me unfortunately... They have shown them in exhibition at shows but I haven't been to any at all.

    DIY LPM Peltier Project

I eventually got a proper LPM Sensor and is way faster and I can also read higher outputs with the same or better accuracy.

    DIY LPM Peltier Project

You can achieve a decent LPM with some specific peltier modules (not any) and a fast and accurate ADC. My LPM is based on esp32 (not the best ADC within but it was enough). And a 3v or 5v peltier modules can't recall exactly model atm. Some good matte black paint. The beam had to be unfocused...

    Polyboost driver

For QuaLas arrays specially the dual stack ones I recommend physically splitting the arrays and powering each with their own driver at lower fV but is not an easy task to split the arrays.

6W+ Typically Rated Blue Lasers Diodes

I want to point out the Sharp GH04C07W9GH (7W @ 435nm @ 3.8V @ 3.3A) according to the preliminary datasheet specs this diode can have a slope efficiency of 2.41W/A (the NUBM0F only has 2.03W/A) so this new Sharp diode could well be a 12W diode at 5-5.5A

6W+ Typically Rated Blue Lasers Diodes

Just want to have a small-medium collection of blue diode diodes that are rated around 6W+. Feel free to add to the list but remember the minimum requirements 6W+ rated, 430-490nm, voltage, current, all of these should be typical range in datasheet. Multi mode, single, dual, or triple emitter...

    OSRAM PLPT9 450MD_E E9633 440nm 445nm 7W High Power Blue 9.0mm Laser Diode

    This seems to be a higher bin of the "Monster" (PLPT9 450) diode😁 7W @ 3.7-4A probably an easy 10W+ at 5-5.3A

    Nichia + Osram

Yes they are for sale but I can't justify the price is a bit more than the nichia ones.

    Nichia + Osram

Well both companies have shared patents in the past but they just recently agreed to share newer patents too. Osram now has NUBB, NUBE array format formerly known as QuaLas by Nichia but Osram calls them VegaLas. I've attached the datasheet of both below. The new VegaLas PLPM7 455QA_LL (42W @...

New horizons Nichia NUBC31T coming soon 465nm 13W rated!

Definitely a buck 2 batteries in series. I've been looking for options from single 21700 boost but max i could get is around 7A @ 5V

    JLasers - GH04C06V9G 10W Diode!

    Voltage should be near 4.8-5V

New horizons Nichia NUBC31T coming soon 465nm 13W rated!

All the information so far confirms is a single emitter diode. The huge difference here this diode has 1.0mm power pins compared to 0.4-0.6mm on normal 9.0mm diodes, allowing more current to flow. The forward voltage (3.9v) of this diode is one of the lowest seen for its wavelength (465nm) so...

    JLasers - GH04C06V9G 10W Diode!

Not much better is just a higher bin

67 Watt NUBM47 Diode???? I'm not so sure about this.....

Really wonder what the nubm0f can do pulsed 100W?😁
