I'm more of a fan of the SL550 's :) I've had a similar experience with eBay, someone tried to sell a bunch of John Deere tractor parts on my account. I got them all canceled and got the fees reversed.. one of the few things ebay is good at handling. -Kendall

I believe the risk comes with you taking apart the module. the 2 crystals are very precisely positioned and aligned. If you replace the diode I'm thinking you'd screw all that up. and the driver wouldn't be set up to run a higher power diode. to be honest: all in all, a very horrible idea...

You're correct. and it's interesting that the LCC in the GGWH20L is worth $10. Seems a bit high but whatever. I give them away for free with any 6x blu ray diode purchase. -Kendall

Bloom is making a big splash in the news across the US. we all joked about it at the power company I work at, there has to be a catch and this is the reason they haven't said how it works... we'll see.. it could be the next power source for the world. but I doubt it.

Re: Why are Wickedlasers.com being such fags? You should really consider just building your own. Save $100 at least... buy a host in the BST thread from Ehgemus and a greenie module from O-Like. Then all you need is a battery and allen wrench and you're in business. No soldering at all...
