I'm afraid to get one. I've heard from three members that at high current they haven't produced the mW they were expecting. I would love to throw a 1w in my host, but one of these is more realistic. I'm just worried I'll be another one to get a low performing diode. Only one way to be sure...

Wow. Very nice. I've bought deanodized lasers from a known builder and in the cracks there was still anodization that he left. You could give him a lesson on properly doing it. Great job.

Got my lenses. Thanks so much. Nicely packed, easy buy. Couldn't ask for more :D Iirc everyone who did tests on these specific lenses, myself included, found they were slightly less efficient than a g2 in terms of power.
