Haha i was talking to HIMNL9. I'd like to keep it small and try it with electronics first before i try it with a speaker and giant mirror. So I need him to make a diagram. But I'd still like to see your solution using the mirror. :)

I still have to finish assembling my kenometer, but i just realized that the meters are having problems. Should I bother assembling it now or will you send me parts to fix the problems?

Okay so I should add a pot to the 470 ohm place and switch out the 10ohm resistor for something around 1w? Could I just put a pot in place of the 1w resistor, to make the speed adjustable?

Here is the exact circuit I am using. I can change the speed of the pulses by increasing the capacitor size, giving the motor more time to react.

I built one sound circuit before that pulses and varies the brightness of a series of leds to the beat of music. Do you think that circuit could be incorporated into the spiro? Where would it be best to add onto, the motors with the mirrors? It's justa basic op amp circuit with a microphone.

Anyone know how to build a sound controlled spiro? I want to make a white fusion laser spiro sound controlled so that the patterns change based on sounds around it. Where would I start?

Yeah I was trying to squeeze more mws out of the diodes by pulsing them at higher currents. I know it will probably shorten the diode's life by some still but I just wanted to experiment. I looked at using a 555 timer but can't find any actual schematics of a completed laser diode driver.

I want to build a pulsed driver that could power a 405 nm diodes like a 6x, 8x, or a 12x diode. Does anyone know of a wiring schematic for a pulsed driver that could power blu ray didoes?

I agree if you get a heli you should get a 4 channel heli. The mcx works great. 3 channel helis can never be controlled as well as 4 channel helis.
