Yea I posted about that a few posts back Separation distance is just under 35mm, dimensions, the concave is 6mm wide, 12mm high. The convex one is 10mm x 12mm.

Yup your drawing looks good. As long as you use two sets of the Cylindricals before the cube then things should go fine, but if you combine the beams before cylindrical correction then you have to take special care to make sure each diode is the exact same distance from the pair of Cylindricals...

Damn just finished my Osram 515 build and now this comes out lol. Looks like the Osram is gonna get the boot and have this replace it. Can't wait to see some reviews of what kind of results this new diode gives.

I found a reliable source for true 6x cylinder lenses so if anyone is still looking for some maybe we can do a small group buy or something to get the price down. The lenses are still 1 to 2 weeks out and I am still gathering the details about them but will keep posted.
