Cni is in China, I have a Spartan from dragon lasers (cni affiliate) and I love it. I think a good thing to remember is you get what you pay for. That being said the lasers are probably pretty neat, just underspec

If it seems too good to be true... imo the buy/sell section of lpf is where you'll get the best bang for your buck

I sanded and painted it already, waiting for it to dry. I used the wrong term its not bat wings, more of an outer halo. It's not as prevalent without the ring.

My Spartan showed up a month ago tracking says its still in new York. I think you'll be ok

I would think the storm would affect the shipping time it crossed a lot of shipping routes and packages from china are processed in New York idk how shipping to the west coast works though maybe its different
