I have to agree with randomlugia, Fenix lights are meh. :can: If you want lots of jaw dropping light go with a Mag "hot wire" mod. I know I have a few bi-pin slugs, bulbs (1274 and 1185's) and battery adaptors laying around if you are interested.

Do you mean an OTA (over the air) antenna? I'm sure it's the same in Canada as it is in the U.S., all the OTA stations are transmitted in HD so you will not need any kind of a decoder. The only reason you would need a decoder is to convert HD to analog.
