you filter out the green and what is left is the IR then you measure that. And i can sell you IR filters with 97% of green light passing through... and it only lets 0.5% IR go through... if you want, lol im trying to buy some too but i found a suplier that sells 14mm X 14mm X 1mm blocks of those...

I can sell you a 100 mW in a pen housing but the housing is a bit long and sticks out a little and i glue it. So its not the best looking laser, but its 100 mW+
