Seriously speaking, though, their QC is up to par nowadays with accurate ratings to match.

Office: we pay $300 a month (and then some) for 7/7 symmetric (with bursts up to 15) point 2 point microwave. Home: comcast. much cheaper and we haven't had problems with reliability. We wanted comcast business service 100/15 at the office but they wanted around....100k to install... NOPE.

first start them off with general electronics.. those electronics breadboards are nice. work them up from indicator LEDs, power LEDs, then low powered lasers :wave:

I've been using an old school carbon fiber Gitzo G1228LVL, paired with an Acratech GP Ballhead. For holding lights and lasers I use a Manfrotto 035RL Super Clamp - the original to the copies posted above ;)

mmm, I'll have the 18. I also like the ardbeg 10, but the laphroaig is what I would stick with most of the time.

I don't recommend something like illumination supply. no one can spell it properly in one go. :tinfoil:

Most of those details are irrelevant to the general consumer market, which is where the money is. Hobbyists know better, but we're a fickle market that no big company enjoys dealing with. FWIW, heatsinks made from copper don't provide that much of a benefit and anodization date doesn't matter...
