well its my brightest green, can light matches and pop a balloon but i dont have a power meter so i cant say for sure

well a 50mw can also very much accidentally hurt someone also, generally over 5mw can cause damage if misused,, also that does sound pretty good, if he gets enough of those emails he will go back to his old stock of lasers and be good again, but id wait for input from someone else too
