Need pin out for Ent II ArIon

You shouldn't need a jumper. Give 'er the juice and see what happens!

    473nm Blue Modules

The number of crystals in a yellow is the same as a green or blue, just different coatings and doubling (or in yellow's case, summing) mediums  Yellow lasers lase on two different wavelengths of IR at the same time (solid state multiline laser anyone?). Then these two wavelengths go into...

Need pin out for Ent II ArIon

heater? Hmmm.... maybe it's for an etalon or something... but I doubt it since it doesnt have external mirrors... kinda weird. It is possible that you may be able to get more lines out if it has external mirrors. You'll have to open it up to check, but I'm 99% sure it uses sealed mirrors. As...

Gas Lasers? Tell me about them please :)

Well, diode lasers do have much worse divergence. It may not seem like it, but you have to remember that every diode we use has beam correction optics to give it better divergence. As you know, gas lasers generally don't use any sort of optics. The beam comes directly from the cavity. Now...

611... you lucky guy!! that is a cool laser. There are some pros and cons to it... The biggest con is that it uses sealed mirrors. Sealed mirrors mean that you will NOT be able to change the wavelenth :cryyy: The GOOD NEWS, is that the model 611 is a 458nm laser!!! That is my FAVORITE argon...

I would like to buy an argon laser

I would just give it some water, turn it on, and see if it starts. If not, then you may need some jumpers, but generally on the big lasers you dont need any. My 168 requires an interlock but it is literally a two-pin plug that says "interlock".... pretty easy to figure out! hehe. CAn you see...

Gas Lasers? Tell me about them please :)

It's not always about power ;) Some of my favorite lasers are the lowest powered lasers I own.

Need pin out for Ent II ArIon

can you post pictures of any connectors that are currently left unoccupied after the laser in plugged in? Usually with these systems, a remote interface isn't necessary like it is with the smaller ones, since these often run as standalone units rather than being installed in DNA sequencers like...

    Krypton laser on Ebay

Who would just collect lasers? That's ridiculous!!! PS I just picked up two ILT Krypton lasers with power supplies. Both gas in tact but I need to align them :D

    Pioneer 12X Blu-Ray-- BDR-205

I would bet that it is a different diode. If they could have done 12x 6 months ago when the 8x drives were out, they would have done it and beat everyone else to the chase. It just doesn't make much sense, from a manufacturing standpoint, to make a whole new sled for 12x. Pop a stronger diode...

35/28 Watt Xenon HID Torch -279$

Took a video of a 35W 6000k HID bulb for you guys... Dont mind the mess in my room!!! (but a prize to whoever can identify all the lasers in the room) 000_1639.flv video by GooeyGus - Photobucket

35/28 Watt Xenon HID Torch -279$

I have two 35W HID bulbs in my car, and I can tell you that it is brighter than anything on the road. I cant even imagine one of those bulbs in a flashlight...

    10W Argon 500 USD

I run my big 3-phase argon for about 4 hours at a time... I would say if you dont have time to run it for at LEAST an hour, dont even bother turning it on :D For some reason the electrical costs dont bother me. For some reason it's the thought of the hose on full blast for 4 hours that I hate...

FS: White Fusion Laser Mixing Kit

Re: Custom 7 Color DIY Laser Kit I need one of these.... Does the sled come with it? ready to go?

if you get tired of messing with it and cant get any blue light... let me have at go at her...

    Boeing Airborne Laser

I bet its a high power Kr laser. Theres no way they would allow fog or anything like that in the clean optics room to make the beam more visible, and the exposure doens't look super long on the picture. Maybe a few watts of Kr red

    473nm Blue Modules

Well, in LBO's defense, there are two types. Type one is much easier to work with and can phase match at room temperature and is not *quite* as picky when it comes to crystal temps Type two requires the crystal to be heated to within a couple degrees for doubling to occur. This method is much...

I would like to buy an argon laser

Large argons are a wild beast... but they can be tamed. (i couldn't resist posting more pictures of my laser... I love this thing) (Yes... that is in watts on the 10's scale... just under 8W of output) The idiot staring at the "bright pretty lights" on the ceiling is me.

    For sale: Diode de-canning tool

I'm selling my Thorlabs diode decanning tool. It is in perfect condition and works flawlessly, it has only been used a few times. This is not some home made can removal tool. This is the real deal, sold brand new for $140. It will remove the can from any size laser diode. I've used this to...
