Personally I'd go for the focusable one since that will allow you burn things and pop balloons. But if they're both focusable, then I'd say go for either of them. Just don't expect amazing quality.
Yes the battery it comes with is rechargeable. No it doesn't come with a charger.
This charger is the one I use. It works great and works with most rechargeable batteries.
Definitely the USB version for me. You can't beat lower cost but I think the ability to use software to control the meter, as well as construct and compare graphs in real time as you test your lasers, is a very appealing idea. Plus USB is used on all computers worldwide.
I was under the impression that the 1000 was the prior model?
I think I have plenty of battery of life on my model, it's rated at 10.5 hours. LOL. Oh and I'll be upgrading to 2gb of ram as soon as I get it. :D
What processor does the HE, run? I'm guessing the Z520 or Z530 since you mentioned...
Very Nice review! Although I would personally consider that a "notebook" rather than a "netbook" since it has significantly better specs. But the size makes it somewhat borderline.
Niko I'll be getting the Asus EEE 1005HA-P for Xmas this year. I've played with them before and they're sweet...
I agree with what ElectroFreak said. It sounds as if the links are opening up new windows or tabs. It sounds like a browser setting but we can't help you if we don't know what browser it is. Also does this only happen with certain sites or everything?
Welcome to one of the best forums around friend! Enjoy your stay.
Oh and by the way your English is fine. In fact you write better than some of my fellow college students. Hahaha.
The DX will most likely be underpowered but I would still go for that one rather than the one from Focal Price. DX doesn't have the best quality but I hear better things from them rather than Focal Price, at least regarding lasers.
