Yeah, that's normal, at least from my experiences. Did you email Susie? She usually responds pretty quickly. If you tried contacting them during the weekend you should be receiving a response sometime today as they do not usually respond during the weekend.

I believe when Jayrob tested the DX one he found it stable at around 70 to 80mW. But that was after tweaking the pot a bit. It was quite a bit weaker than what it was advertised at...

He gave you his number, did he not? I'd try calling him if your PM's or emails were not answered. You said earlier that you weren't much of talker but with your money at stake, I'd just suck it up.
