Payments Stage | GB | New CNC Machined Custom Designed Host for $18

Someone recently +rep'ed me for my post here in 2014. All I did was place a request for 1 of each. Nothing special...

WTB> Nd:YAG, LBO, BBO, or other DPSS

Sadly, no. The company name had "red" in the name if I'm not mistaken. They were out of Russia I believe. Red and Russia in one name...suspect, I know, but they had some decent product. *Eksma Though coating number 1144-i0 is >99% HR@1100-1400. I'd like to get a graph of this, but it's...

WTB> Nd:YAG, LBO, BBO, or other DPSS

This is driving me crazy...two years ago, I was given an AMAZING source for optics. I mean man...did they have it all or what... HR@976, HR@1123, HR@1112, HR@1319, so much stuff. Most of them were $40-80 a mirror too. Considering an optic like that would set you back $600+ typically; this...

Seeking highest power output 780-850nm pulse laser diode available

Your standard camera will not catch the ns pulses accurately. The shitter speeds of the camera will miss a lot of them at a time. Much like how laser shows aren't picked up well.

    Holy @#$%... $100 488nm diode!!

Re: Holy @#$%... $120 488nm diode!! Did you know; if you overlap 589 and 488, you get a cool white? The 488 is blue-green The 589 is green-red Combined makes white. Just a random fun fact.

Seeking highest power output 780-850nm pulse laser diode available

Whether the lasers will be visible is also determined by your camera. Most cameras pick up IR, even with the camera setup for visible light. I've had some cameras pick it up at a magenta-ish color, while others see it as blue. However. Are you trying to send rapid pulses and then have a...

    Holy @#$%... $100 488nm diode!!

    Re: Holy @#$%... $120 488nm diode!! I suppose....but you're going against the creed of dog daring/dibsing. Though I suppose you've earned it. ZLZj3zOUZNs

    Holy @#$%... $100 488nm diode!!

Re: Holy @#$%... $120 488nm diode!! DIBS now on highest WL diode you are willing to part with. I said it. Single, double, triple, and quadruple dog dibs. I'm buying my own anyway, but I like what you're saying here. As for a UV diode...honestly, really, they aren't that exciting. It's...

WTB> Nd:YAG, LBO, BBO, or other DPSS

In short, I'm interested in DPSS supplies. To elaborate, here's my laundry list: Nd:YAG rod - Doesn't need to be large or crazy big. Enough for a couple hundred mW of 532 post KTP. LBO or BBO - I've got blue work in mind as well. Mirrors - Mirrors coated HR@ any known Nd gains line and...

    Holy @#$%... $100 488nm diode!!

Re: Holy @#$%... $120 488nm diode!! The prices of these diodes are driven by supply and demand. 405nm diodes are in very high commercial demand for blu-Ray burners. 488nm diodes are in incredibly slim demand by universities with grants or big hospitals that don't care whether the diode is $4...

    photos from SELEM 2016

I've waited my whole life just to hear those words from another man. I will absolutely do that if I'm in the area. However, I imagine just immediate flames would engulf the badge.

Re: Holy @#$%... $120 488nm diode!! Yes, hello. I'm at SELEM but heard about this earlier. I'll be buying two if the wavelength is confirmed.

    Mystery of the 609.6nm line

I've been in my cave for quite some time, but I did enjoy the update. Kaiser, what's the count on tubes you've gotten this to lase from manually? I've used broadband mirror intended for Kr+, thanks to a tip from Steve long ago, yet to ever manually get the 609 lasing. Though it has given me...

    612nm Multiline HeNe score

How can you tell just by this that its aligned? Not saying based on TEM alone, that's no reason to realign a tube, however, my LHOR increased from 1.2mw OC and 2/3rd that on the HR - to 2.1mw on the OC and 1.7 or 1.8 on the HR. Made all the extra lines really come in, and also allowed the 609...

    612nm Multiline HeNe score

Hell, I've got a picture on here of me getting red, green, and yellow all at the same time out of an LHGR-0050. I wouldn't be surprised if you got 594 and that 604 crisped up a bit. EDIT: My speech patterns/word choice is absolutely cringe-worthy, but here's the thread. Downside, the images...

    612nm Multiline HeNe score

Excellent find, my friend! I'm more and more pleased as these 612's find their ways into the hobby. More out there than I can count, now. I need to be on the lookout for a replacement for mine...so sad. Anyway, those 0150's are meant to put out 1.5mW (as the name suggests). I'm sure if...

Is this 612nm? Military He-Ne tube from auction site

If I could get a closer image of the unit and power supply, I could give you a better judgment. However, it does look very red when viewing the output from the OC. While the output does look significantly orange, that is something that commonly happens to the ~630-640nm range on cheap...
