how do you know that it is at 100mA at the moment?

tune your driver to >200mA and it will burn...but YOU MUST USE GOGGLES WHILE BURNING! i hope you know that already?

Absolute great work! The spot looks realy nice and round...if the beamprofile looks the same this lens will be perfect for handheld beamcorrection! :wave:

For a few pictures the low VLT should be no problem i think..but don't fry your cam! :thinking: Maybe wait till someone confirms this :D The alignment is wonderful..no problem at all! I just wanted to be sure it is the alignment and not some strange artefacts in the lens ;)

Thanks for the pictures! It looks beefier in the center with the parabolic lens.. Sorry to bother you, but do you have a second pair of goggles to take pictures with? Btw.: The flare on the top left is due to not 100% perfect alignment, right? As far as i can see the beamshape is nearly perfect...
