I do not have any heatsiks made but I can make more as I still have the metal stock. The hosts and heatsinks are priced seperatly.

I would be in for buying alot of those copper diode holders my quote was to high for me to invest ,but i asked for a 0.06mm tolerance. What tolerances are you going with? How long till i can order im going to need alot of them within the next 20 days.

awaiting more info on them, there is no emitter size listed or currents just power and nm. But adding a FAC will make them very expensive without FAC they are less there is a post on PL with some c mounts that were 500mw 635nm with fac and i think they were around 228$

there is no FAC and im an unsure about the output. It would be a very fat beam and would need correction optics.

They can be, you just have to find the right ones. Some have much worse emitters like 100 to 1 vs i think the current 40 to 1. So yea i get 1W but its much worse than the current diodes. Plus the price is around 70$ for the one im looking at.

Well you can get a 2W 4mm beam with around 1.08mrad. That is not bad. That is very close to the same as alot of the lower end green lasers, that have a beam of 3mm and a 1.5mrad. So in a projector stand point the unit is only as good as your worse beam and that happens to be green for me and...

Hey would you look at that they accepted my offer. Well i got this well over 50% off. So now once i get my supply of new 635nm diodes to play with im going to decan half them and run some tests, if i get more than a 5% power difference then im going to start doing it to all my diodes.

more power and life without a diode can. From what i remember that is why open cans last longer than closed.
