Have you tried emailing him? if you have and he hasn't responded in 4 days, file a paypal dispute. If you haven't emailed him directly, try doing that, then if he doesn't answer in 3-4 days I would definitely file a dispute. Even if you do file a dispute, it won't matter, if it's resolved, so if...

I kind of have the same problem with a craftsman host I have, I can get the head off, but I can't get the damn recessed reflector thing out, and the lens is like fused with the metal head. I can't do anything with it, unless i use a drill or dremel, but I would rather do that as a last resort.
