This is only 100mw green 532nm. It's my very first build. It's definately not no 1w laser of course, but just thought i would show you guys. Im no pro at brightining pictures so il show you the best i took. One of the pictures i had a brightning fail and most of the picture turned out...

haha no im not a kid i do act like one at times i just turned 18 a few months ago so im aloud to use lasers now so im still kinda a kid in a way. i kinda ment like some chart if the laser was focused too the smallest point what it could burn. it looks like theres none out there though. oh well...

Anyone got one with a bunch of info? 5 - 2000mw? i want to know the specific things i can do with lasers. i know the basic shit like matches tape and all that other shit but what else? anyone got a chart?

i think you would be better off making your own casing. building a powerfull laser in these plastic shits isnt worth it.

Green is the brightest Rectangle/circleish dot, Blue is the most powerful and has a rectangleish dot, red has not a very well visible beam and a perfect circle dot, and orange is basicly the same thing as red.

just got back from the docs he says there is 1 blood vessel and its not really bad it was caused by the laser and it will be there for a few days but no vision damage.

No im glad you guys want me to go, and ive decided i will even tho i dont see anything but i guess if you guys want me to go that much im assuming there could be something bad. im going to head to the docs in bout a hour.

no its not to get attention ive been doing shit with lasers for about a month now and i dont know what could happen it wasnt focused and it was a couple feet away from my eye its been about a day now there is nothng wroung with it and im fine i was just wondering if it was super serious and...

thanks for your replys guys but seriously i saw no black spot. when it hit my eye it wasnt there for a second it was the corner of my eye no bluriness and 0 blood vessels on my eyes il just wait and see in the morning what they look like and then go to the docs if its bad.

this post makes me feel much better i was hit in the eye with a 263mw 650nm red laser it doesnt hurt or anything no blood vessels and it looks just fine i had someone else look at it and they said looked fine glad im not in the situation you were in. glad you didnt get any serious damage :)

That has nothing to do with this, this has to do with not damaging your laser, not damaging your eyes. -.-

if it doesnt have a heat sink you might as well follow some duty cycle i dont see anything thats bullshit about it.
