well for the metal blaster im going to use a diffraction grating. for the tri-beam i might as well just use 3 lpc 815's considering how cheap they are.

the only thing i wasnt too thrilled about was the aperature. the threading on the collimator piece seemed to small for the threading on the body. it was wiggling around and jumping in and out sort of. but i had a old axis module and the collimator/lense from that fit perfectly into the new one...

no, i can make the model and the laser, the thing i cant figure out is how im going to turn 1 beam into 7 or 8 beams. like a diffraction block or something. that is what i need help with.

For a while i had been thinking about making up a Fallout 3 laser rifle and pistol. well i just started playing again and now more than ever i want to make a rifle. the regular rifle and pistol are no problem as i can just use one LPC-805 (i think:undecided:) for each. that is the backstory...
