Check out this thread, I think this host might work because there's allot of room for the driver.  You might need to cut some of the metal heatsync off of the LM137 regulator though, but this host has lots of driver space.  Jayrob makes great heatsync for the aixiz module.  And it uses 3 AAA...

That one looks great, and laserglow from what I hear is a great company.   That one has adjustable beam focus, not sure why you would need that on a 5mW pointer.  :-? But cool. And I BELIEVE that DX can still sell the 4mW version to the U.S. as it's less then 5mW and is why they even came up...
