I think it's because dogs are naturally higher on the predation line than cats. They are bigger and stronger, and have big teeth. Cats are naturally afraid of them. That's what I THINK. I have no facts or evidence behind this reasoning.

I think I was a firm believer of the myth that color definitely equaled power. If it was a red laser, it was low powered (I didn't know lasers were measured in power, mW0, and if the laser was green, it was automatically high powered! And Blue was even more high powered than green!

I have a 20 dollar "go-phone" with my SIM card in it at the moment. My swim coach pushed me into the pool with my old phone, so I'm stuck with this one for about a month before I get my free upgrade!

I'm glad your laser turned out to be a good one after all! If you go for more power, go for a better company listed above. Also, I've gotten banned from there several times for posting stuff like that. I think they even check all the PMs to see if members are talking bad about WL.

Writers such as Byron Kaye(is that his name?) seem to have labeled laser pointers as weapons, though. If we are using our "weapons" to "shoot" down those planes since we are such "terrorists", then wouldn't that give us the right to keep and bear lasers (weapon)?
