I'd bet my left nut the divergence is magnitudes worse. NcStar is not exactly know for high end gear. Their stuff is best suited to airsoft warriors and mall ninjas.

For that test I had the power supply set to 3.9 volts and 5 amps. This morning I gave it another go. 3.9v and 5A: I hooked up the module and no photons. Now it is only drawing 0.160A So I bumped the supply up to 4.2v and 5A... the draw is .158A. Just to be sure it is not my power supply...
