First... there will be no individual Laser Diode Data on any of the Projector labels nor in the User Manual. I would contact DTR. He pulled so many projectors apart that he may know the info on the LDs used in that projector. @GSS The [EDIT] Button is useful to get rid of those annoying...

Was the previous LD used in the engraver working when you turned the Laser 'ON' and 'OFF" ?? If so... the replacement Laser should also work with the same driver if the new LD was install correctly and the Driver Caps were discharged first. Jerry

As Encap stated.... We have no affiliations with Wicked Lasers. If you had done some research on the Forum before buying from WL you would have become aware that WL is not a Laser Company that any knowledgable member would recommend to buy from... The only one that can reasonably help you...

So the problem was too much current going to the Laser Diode. Glad you got it fixed. BTW a kitchen table makes a great bench in a pinch.:) Jerry

We had an awful lot of snow this year and quite a bit of rain. Wish it was warmer though. I don't mind the rain if it warm. I'm heading off too... Was in the shop at 3:15AM this morning. Jerry
