    Knife thread.

True, it's not great for any substantial prying, it is just my preference. I never liked buying decent knives like the ones you linked then prying with them anyways, I've ruined knives that way and I'm a little compulsive with keeping them sharp. It became a chore so the utility blades suit me well.

    Knife thread.

Craftsman.com I've gone through about half a dozen knives over the past few years looking for the best EDC. This one is by far my favorite. I used to like regular folding knives but between sharpening them, chipping the blade, and watching it go dull under harsh uses I'm no longer a fan. This...

Challenge Objectives Harness the power of the wind Engineering connections Energy transfer Movable assemblies I felt like my design showed those much better than the bubble blower, but I knew going in sometimes they don't pick winners by the contest objectives.

    New 405nm Diode - 9mm 1W Rated

Do the newer 405nm diodes have the bad reliability reputations like the older ones did? 405nm is my favorite but I've been betrayed by them too many times.

    Thingiverse anyone?

I'm curious if anyone else on LPF enjoys tinkering around with 3d printing and makes use of a thingiverse account? I recently participated in one of their challenges and got third - #CatchTheWind collection - Thingiverse It actually turned out to be a disappointing loss but it was still...

    DYI Grow Light Help

That company talks a big game, they bin their diodes ect, but I don't know enough about grow lights to say it isn't a gimmick, it could be. I'm still working on what wavelengths and what ratio to use. It did help.... a little :) I have a pile of small red/blue LED's and a few decent white...
