I'm using the stock trigger with a different switch on the board... For this build I like 1.5 Amps (1.3 Watts with 3 element lens) best for the battery capacity. Using 2 X 14500 cells in parallel to double capacity... See here...

I'd like to mention that when I was selling these pens, they were all brand new and in perfect condition. Just don't want all these problems you guys are having to reflect bad on me as a seller. It would be nice if you guys could start a different thread to hash out the issues with the pens...

I would say first read up on eye hazard with a high powered laser because it sounds like it can easily be an accident and harm people's eyes...
