Customer service isn't brilliant, lasers are typically cheaply produced chinese lasers. Don't expect much and you won't be dissapointed. Unfortunatly to a certain point you pay for quality when it comes to lasers. (With wickedlasers being an exception they're just overpriced and crap.)
