Green 200mW ~510nm my mini first mod

That's OK so it work as long as a 10440 fits the host which can make it any flashlight that uses AAA alkalines. As for the host I'm using. The diodes are set at low powers so the modules do not warm at all, it's possible that the host gets warmer when I hold it in my hand than when it's running...

Green 200mW ~510nm my mini first mod

I love small builds like this! What was the host you used? And the driver? What battery fits in this host? So many questions.. I've built a laser out of the lumintop tool AAA myself but Its hard to find this flashlight in copper to make more lasers out of Edit: I just closely had a look to see...

    Tool AAA host. Maybe?

Update! Now with a 488nm diode in my favorite edc host, finally got some good quality batteries for it too. My favorite laser pointer that I've modified so far is the copper tool AAA

Beautiful craftsmanship Rich! That brass host is excellent! And the other ultrafire host with heatsink look awesome! This hobby is dangerous for my wallet hahaha 😎 There's lots of lasers I want to own, I just can't decide on which one to get first 😁🤔🤔 I should be getting a PLT450B and a...

    Sale thread/ Hosts/Heat Sinks/Focus adapters/lasers

Hey Rich, do you have something more pocket friendly for an EDC? Wait... I just realized that if I use my phone in landscape mode I can see your signature full of hosts.... 😅

What is the power meter commonly used?

I don't plan on making any retina burners, I like a laser I can safely point to a wall and not blind myself so it seems like this will fit perfectly for my needs as well

What is the power meter commonly used?

So laserbee LPM is recommended as a first LPM or is there a cheaper alternative?

Solid Brass 638nm - Code Name "Frankie" (Pic Heavy)!

Don't take me wrong on this though, I've almost made comments like that on threads that were so inspiring and interesting that I forget to check the date myself, I just wouldn't like it if someone who was not as patient would comment with something harsh and I'll admit that if it wasn't for your...

Solid Brass 638nm - Code Name "Frankie" (Pic Heavy)!

Always check the dates on a post before posting.. The last comment was back in 2016. The majority of members do not like when this is done. Just a heads up, read the stickies on everything as there's tons of useful information. Stickies you can comment on as long as you have something to...

The quadcopter did but not the wireless camera transmitter I was attempting to mount on it lol lesson learned to always check polarities

You also have to watch out for reversed polarized connectiors.. I fried a mini quadcopter that I had modified because the connectosr I ordered had a few with the wires switched... I didn't realize until the magic smoke appeared

ADD 505nm & 515nm greens to your collection for less than $60-$hip free add ac/dc get PLUGPLAY

That's exactly what I did to mine. Used a switching power supply that are left over from some security cameras I install every now and then. 12v 3.5amp I believe was the power supply

ADD 505nm & 515nm greens to your collection for less than $60-$hip free add ac/dc get PLUGPLAY

The ttl connector is the same size as the connector for the diode and the fan and the power input. If you don't need the ttl, like in my case, use it to create a plug that best works for you

ADD 505nm & 515nm greens to your collection for less than $60-$hip free add ac/dc get PLUGPLAY

I believe that Isa micro jst connector.. Buut that's not much help lol There's a few sizes for that micro jst. I bought a similar module on ebay for 30 bucks and it came with a spare ttl connector that I used to splice a more common barrel connector, the connectors for the fan and diode to the...

    Post your random pics!

Random pic at work. This ambient light made my camera pick up the color better but it is still not quite as I see it with my eyes as I can see a bit more green. In the picture, it shows up as more if a sky blue but I can see a shade of green to it. Inside my favorite laser host Lumintop tool...
