I almost made the same mistake too as i was reading the dates on another thread from exactly a year ago. Luckly as long as its not purposeful necroposting just to be irritating you should be good, just be careful :)

Oops, thought i replied, it appears the lense is a 3 element because of its beam shaping qualities. As for the particle, im trying to email eitan but its really complicated for some reason...

For some reason this gave me the idea to shove a cheap 650 module in some random stick and call it my own custom host... probably wont be as beautiful as yours but hey i can't do everything. (Ignore this im tired)

Yeah thats where we get into blurred lines because another poll i ran said people were okay with 14-17 year olds having them as long as they knew the appropriate safety measures needed. Also how would we even test for "maturity" online...

I had actually ordered a completed sf501b, but i made a blue 501b (link in signature) a week ago. He shipped it out like 3 days after he had returned from a vacation and built it (it was like 3 weeks after i ordered but he was on vacation)

I was a little worried at first but i feel better knowing how many are in the 14-17 age group XD you should make a sub question for of those in each group what percent owns lasers?
