Agreed, try and get a phone number you can ring them on, or if not send them a letter which your contact details, explaining the situation and ask them to ring you to sort it out.

I'm from the UK, the problem is that I can't take the laser apart easily so sending it in two packages would be difficult. If i put it inside the WL Dragon case and declared it as a cigar case would that be a good idea?

I've got a friend in Melbourne, Aus who is wanting to buy my CNI 150 from me. Do customs check all packages or just packages from companies, if I sent it and labelled it as something random would it be likely to get through? Thanks for your help guys
