well... i got the stuff for the spiro but the shop didn't have any motors and a module i ordered hasnt come yet. so i have 'initiated' my spirograph... just not construction plus, i dont think il be building an X-Y scanner any time soon.........

Just some qustions on photons Do photons have a mass? I heard they did as this is the reason they seperate thorugh difraction. Do photons of a different wavelength have a different size, mass, density etc. How big is a photon? Can you see them under a micsroscope?

can someone help me build a blu-ray laser with the 803T GB diode. what current do i need? what is the most appropriate driver (i think it is HighTechDeals that has Lavadrives for $6) how many mW will i get? what is the min voltage? i was hoping to run it off 3V using a leadlight for a host...

how about just a scanner, no animation and not a spirograph. a green or red laser that just goes crazy... can i design watever i want or is there some sort imposibility going along with that?

Re: my store now green laser modules at cheap pric sweet, i bought the 5mw too. when i get it il buy a 10-20, maybe a 50mw but i unno if dey good but 'ey.

how can i build a strobe that will beat with the music. i heard of using a 'clap' on/off circuit so as the bass hits the light turn on for that beat but does not stay on. and, how about twinkeling effect. can you have it so you turn the pot up and it twinkles faster. thanks anyone, please...

cyparagon. i removed that bit after i started the thread, it just looked pointless. and, any idea on what pots i should use if i want to run 3 motors with the specs. 1-5V-?V (12V perhaps) 0.28A i was thinking 25ohm.
