I have built a custom 50mW green using an o-like module that is over spec by 20 or so mW's and the beam is crisp at night and visible in the daytime. Review to come soon.

I vote option 1. IMO raffles tend to drift people away as they are about luck and chance. If you had a solid price then people would know what to expect.
