My 473nm Pl-E Pro gave me a divergence measurement of 0.5mRad, which is the lowest I've ever had. I'd consider 1.2mRad and less to be good.

Sadly no, it's for my chemistry final lab and I'm observing an effect I noticed with fluorescence and 473nm lasers, it requires me to block out me viewing any blue light and only the higher wavelengths caused by fluorescence. I'll probably make a thread on it later when I start collecting data ;)

Alright good. But I mean similar to HF, Power Fister isn't exactly synonymous with 'quality' or 'buy it for life', it's great if you need like a one time use special carbide insert or something and the dime-a-dozen quality will suffice. Yeah fluorescence wouldn't preserve the collamination. But it must be something to do with the dye in the plastic of the goggles.

That is pretty strange. Have you ran the regular collaminated beam straight from the diode into that diffraction grating, put onto a wall very far away so you can go up to it and see if you can discern any second lines? This is also a total crapshoot from my end but could this have anything to...
