I wouldn't call it a hit and run yet. If I can use a 4.2V battery with this, then it's fine (even though he lied and told me this is a CNI Laser, which Ava from CNI clearly told me this is not theirs.). He refunded me $23 for the so far lack of power. Skylasers isn't answering my email.

Well, I tested the outputs with both batteries and the higher voltage battery did yield better results. However, I want to make sure from the manufacturer (If I can find out who that is) that the 3.7V battery will not damage the product in the long run.
