Hi again, Done it :D I lightly licked (lol yes you heard) the silver side of the lens holder, and using a flat surface to help, it slid right in there (hehehe). It's very tight in the adapter now :)

Traveller, I have some of his lasers already. Yes, they are leadlights, and have a gloss finish (I think - they are very shiny anyway). This is probably not much help, but you can see the shine (and the fact it's a leadlight) in this picture...

They are all DVD aren't they? The HD-DVD player is an add-on as John just said. The regular DVD diode in it won't be worth tearing apart your XBOX over, however the blu-ray diode in the HD-DVD player is quite good apparently. Even still, getting a 6x or 8x blu-ray burner diode will be much better.
