Check your connections, maybe when taking off the lens you pulled/twisted a wire loose, I've had it happen. ;)

NOT worth it, buy another one, get good batteries, leave it alone. Most ebay/amazon 5 mW greens are between 10-40 mW anyway...

I've ordered from CL several times, and I would have to echo the reviews above, super fast shipping, no BS. Recently I received a package from CL that had been tampered with en route and several items were missing. I emailed Clif about this and he shipped the replacement items the next day free...

For about 60 quid you could build your own 1+ W 445 nm laser...
