Usually in pen type lasers the modules are glued inside the host, and some just seem to be pressed in there. In any case, they don't usually slide right out, and you have to get rough with them. If it is just the host you want, and not worried about protecting any of the innards, I've found...

IF this is your first build, I think you should forget about the 1W 808 nm diode. First of all it is very dangerous, and secondly you will be very disappointed with what you can actually see. As Blord said just go with a common red diode, the build will be cheap and much safer than the 808...

You are probably going to have a hard time selling a 1.1-1.3 W 445 for $260 on here, a very similar laser can be built for a little over $100. Ebay or lower your price is your best bet, but then again you never know who would be buying it...
