I have bought about 3, all were over 50 mW and 66 - 70mw is typical. I am told these have enough output to kill off toenail fungus, but I mostly use to see things florescence. Price is hard to beat. These should be respected, but at the low price eventual abuse seems inevitable... -GH

Very cool! I believe many/ most all of the CNI pointers have brass hosts. I have a Galileo modded by dagiun into a 445 laser that is stripped and somewhat polished brass. Between the beam and the host it has the Boy Scout colors! ;) -GH

I have one that is about 2 mW and I can see the beam easily in a dark sky. It is very comparable to the same mW green to my eye. -GH

I am hopeful to get pulse rates from 120Hz to 1200 Hz with a lot of interest near 530Hz the current w/b about 650ma as with the 635nm 300 mW it is about the limit. ;) -Glenn
