Looks like a reflection in the camera's lens of the brightest looking city's street light to me... I see many pics that have these if something is very bright, a zoom in may help identify this "UFO" correct as per a prior post #16 this thread by dreu "@ped, TacoHerder & Eamon O Regan...

Yeah, and this particular unit, (WL S3 473nm), often exceeds 100 mW at least for a dozen or so seconds... The yellow never tops 55 mW and is a PGL III -C- 593.5nm about as much power, at this wl as a portable ever does. Here's another 405's and a 660nm

Here: just 473nm & 593.5nm but I think sick shots... btw, here both are near 50mW
