It looks like it has a beam expander for sure. It's too bad they don't offer this model in anything over 100mW, it would definitely look like a light saber with that thick beam at 300mW+ !

Don't forget that you will absolutely need laser safety goggles if you are going to light matches. Any laser that you use indoors, are looking at the dot up close for burning etc. or if there is a chance of reflections you will need the goggles/ glasses. I would recommend a 100-200mW focusable...

Even though I probably only use my lasers for only a few minutes during the day, I make up for it by coming on LPF and getting my fix here. :) Just the time it takes to save up for a 473nm or 589nm means plenty of time for me to dream about them for weeks or months on end. Just the thought of...
